BOULDERING,

A SPORT DISCIPLINE IN ITS OWN RIGHT !

Bouldering can be practiced either in the mountains or in the forest on low-lying rocks. It is an activity to be practiced freely, under your own responsibility.

Please respect the forest and do not leave any trace of your passage!

The equipment :

  • climbing shoes,
  • soft, light clothing,
  • a chalk bag to prevent slipping on the holds, to absorb perspiration and to keep the hands dry for a better grip,
  • a crash pad to cushion any falls, as the climber is not attached to a rope or insured by a partner.

Pour plus de sécurité, il est conseiller de venir en binôme. L'aide d'un pareur permet d'assurer la sécurité du grimpeur pour éviter la mauvaise chute.
